This is collaboration between the Oregon State Beekeepers Association and Oregon State University.

This is for the purpose to support honeybee research, extension, and education within the Department of Horticulture, or its successor, at Oregon State University.

Recognizing the value of a healthy honeybee industry is not only important to Northwest beekeepers but also to the growers and processors of the many crops dependant upon the pollination services provided by beekeepers for the production of those crops.
